Katz-n-Flocken Cat Food. Similar ingredients to our Hund-n-Flocken but with increased fish to provide the extra protein, potassium and amino acids, such as Taurine, that cats require for healthy eyes and heart. Solid Gold Katz-n-Flocken is pH 5.5 and gives a urine pH of around 6.5. Katz-n-Flocken is not a strong, acidifying diet. Acidifying diets are now thought to contribute to the high incidence of calcium oxalate crystals, which these days, are almost as common as struvite. Our Katz-n-Flocken contains restricted amounts of magnesium (0.1 %). This formula is for all stages of life and can be mixed with our Gourmet Canned Food For Cats, for variety. A pinch of Solid Gold seameal can also be added as a supplement to the diets of cats, to enhance immunity and improve overall health.
